Matthew is an Associate Lawyer and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2021. His practice is focused on litigation in the following practice areas: employment and wrongful dismissal, breaches of contract, and corporate disputes. Matthew routinely assists both employers and employees understand their rights and responsibilities throughout the course of the employment relationship, including termination of employment.
Prior to being called to the Bar, Matthew graduated from Toronto Metropolitan University (majoring in criminology). Matthew thereafter graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LL. B.) from University of Kent in the United Kingdom. Upon returning to Canada, Matthew earned a Master of Laws (LL. M.) from Osgoode Hall Law School. He holds a Certificate in Blockchain Law from Osgoode Professional Development.
Matthew has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Human Rights Tribunal, as well as the Landlord and Tenant Board.
When not practicing law, Matthew enjoys playing sports and spending time with friends and family.
