Geoff was called to the Ontario Bar in 2019 after earning his law degree from the University of Windsor. Prior to joining Walker Law, Geoff practised at a Toronto firm where he focused on fraud recovery litigation, financial crime victim advocacy, and injunctive relief. In 2022, he obtained his certification with the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. In recent years, Geoff has developed a particular focus on breach of confidence matters and cases involving the theft of trade secrets, electronic data, or confidential business information.
Geoff joined Walker Law as a Senior Associate in March 2026. His practice encompasses a broad range of the firm’s corporate and commercial litigation matters, while continuing to include a significant focus on fraud-related cases. Geoff has experience representing clients before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, and the Court of Appeal for Ontario, as well as before the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario and other professional regulatory tribunals.
Outside the office, Geoff enjoys watching Jeopardy!, cooking, learning Spanish, and managing his fantasy football team.
